The Russian State Duma called on international parliaments to condemn the crime of cold-blooded execution of Russian prisoners by Kyiv forces and to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Russia Today website stated that the Council documented that crime as a flagrant violation of international law and the Third Geneva Convention of 1949 on the treatment of prisoners of war and international human rights standards, as well as the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment of 1984.
The Defense and International Affairs Committees submitted a request to consider this crime to the State Duma earlier, while the Russian Ministry of Defense recently announced that Kyiv forces executed more than 10 prisoners of war of Russian soldiers in a crime that the criminals filmed and published without hiding their faces.
The ministry confirmed that the published video of this mass massacre against unarmed Russian prisoners confirms the brutal nature of the Kyiv regime, and those who defend and support it.
