Birthday party escalates: brothers attack guests – one threatened to kill everyone with a knife

In Bavaria, a birthday party got completely out of hand.
A pair of brothers attacked guests and the host.
The police had to come.
Grafenau – On Saturday, November 19th, two invited brothers from the Deggendorf area completely freaked out at a birthday party in Grafenau, district of Freyung-Grafenau.
They attacked the host and other guests, police reported Tuesday, November 22.
A knife and a dangerous threat were also involved.
A dispute also escalated in Nuremberg – a cyclist choked a car driver with his bicycle lock.
Fight and knife threat at a birthday party in Bavaria
According to the police press release, the guests at the celebration in Bavaria got into an argument around 3:30 p.m.
The situation quickly escalated and the two invited brothers, aged 30 and 28, attacked the 38-year-old host with punches, causing him to fall to the ground.
According to police, witnesses reported that one of the brothers then kicked the host, who was lying on the ground.
The two attackers were then asked by the remaining guests to leave the celebration.
The 30-year-old brother then grabbed a kitchen knife and threatened to kill all the guests.
As the game progressed, the aggressor was overwhelmed by guests and the host.
They informed the police about the incident and the officers from the Grafenau Police Inspectorate were able to calm the situation and arrest the two brothers for the time being.

Brawl at birthday party: Many guests in the hospital - detective determined
As reported by the police, five people were injured at the birthday party and had to be taken to nearby hospitals.
With the exception of the host, all of the injured have now been released.
The Passau criminal police have taken over the investigation.
In cooperation with the public prosecutor's office, a blood test was also ordered from the brothers, since both were heavily under the influence of alcohol.
After completion of the police measures, the brothers were released again.
"You are now expecting a criminal complaint for dangerous bodily harm and threats," the police report concludes.
