A 22-year-old young man, a resident of Holon, was arrested today (Thursday) on suspicion of his involvement in the murder of Yuri Volkov at the crossing in Holon last night.
As part of the ongoing investigation at the central unit in the Tel Aviv district, testimony was obtained from his widow, Lena, and documents from the security cameras were collected, along with the video from the vehicle camera that showed the unfolding of the incident from a few meters away.
The event began when Yuri and Lena were on their way back from an apartment they saw in Holon.
Lena said that the motorcyclist ran a red light and cut them off at a crosswalk.
She took out her phone and took a picture of him.
He followed her to the next crossing, stopped next to her and demanded that she delete the photo.

According to the two's daughter, Daria, the mother agreed and continued to move forward.
The rider didn't let go and said you'll show him that you copied.
At this point Yuri approached and tried to calm the situation.
"Go ahead, everything is fine," they told him.
In response, the rider stabbed him in the heart with a knife.
Yuri continued to walk a few more steps - and collapsed in front of his wife.
He was pronounced dead at Wolfson Hospital.
"We told him it was forbidden. He would have looked out of place," Lena repeated.
"I told Yuri that I might film him and send him to the police. That was the reason he killed him."
Volkov, 52 years old at the time of his death, worked for about 20 years as a medical assistant at the Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, and left behind three children and a granddaughter.
"My father was a hero," said Daria, 27. "He threw my mother behind him and probably saved her life. At first she didn't realize he stabbed him. She thought he might have had a heart attack and started screaming 'help me'. It was probably a knife pulled out".
