Bolsonaro requests that the TSE annul election ballots and the body rejects the request

The Brazilian Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE) on Wednesday rejected the request of outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro to challenge the results of the second round of elections and annul some ballots.

Bolsonaro's liberal party had reiterated its suspicion that a "large number" of ballots used in the second round of the presidential election that won Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva could have errors.
