This is the Brazilian squad for the Qatar 2022 World Cup
Brazil, one of the favorites to win the World Cup, opens this Thursday against Serbia with a team full of stars, from Neymar to Vinícus Júnior.
On paper, Brazil is the absolute favourite: it is first in the official FIFA ranking, it was first and undefeated in the Conmebol World Cup qualifier (and having played one game less, along with Argentina) with 14 wins and three tied and has a luxury squad, with experienced players in the World Cup and top level in their clubs, headed by Neymar, the 29-year-old PSG striker and the second greatest player in history for the 'canarinha'.
Casemiro, Vinícius Júnior, Gabriel Jesús, Fabinho, Éder Militao and Alisson Becker are just some of an all-star squad.
Tite has a very good record leading Brazil and has the experience and tools to be champion.
He lost the Copa América final with Argentina in 2021, but the team continues to be superior to its rivals on duty and has not known defeat since then.

Brazil faces Serbia
This Thursday marks the debut of Brazil in the World Cup in Qatar 2022.
Brazil is, once again, one of the favorite teams to win the next men's world championship to be held in Qatar.
And it is that not only history supports this team —five World Cups won in its record—, but also its current situation, since it had the best numbers in the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol) qualifiers, even with one game less —the pending against Argentina, which will no longer be played.
Soon we will see thousands of Brazilians on the streets of Qatar supporting their team, and millions following the World Cup from home to support the canarinha.
