The UN Human Rights Council launched an international investigation on Thursday (November 24th) into the bloody repression of protests in Iran, in order to gather evidence to possibly prosecute those responsible.
The resolution presented by Germany and Iceland was adopted by 25 yes, 6 no and 16 abstentions during an emergency meeting of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.
