A man opened fire during a funeral event, in Sarcelles, Friday, November 18, 2022. A funeral wake was taking place in the Bois-Joli hall, in the Chardonnerettes district (known as the Chardo), when an individual would have arrived a little before midnight and allegedly shot the son of the deceased.

The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

At the end of it, he was placed under the status of assisted witness, which shows that the responsibilities around this shooting are still very vague.
