The IDF has recently been carrying out engineering work on the border fence with Lebanon, within the boundaries of the blue line. The work is being done right under Hezbollah's nose, when the operatives of the terrorist organization are a few meters away from the IDF soldiers who are working there.

The IDF coordinated the works with UNIFIL personnel, to which the base is adjacent.

IDF forces were deployed to secure the work of the bulldozer, which crossed the border fence. UNIFIL forces were informed ahead of time when a vehicle belonging to Hezbollah operatives arrived at the scene.
The IDF is careful to show a presence in all the areas within the territory of Israel, in the areas of the blue line.
