In a Straubinger Kaufland branch, a customer suffered a dizzy spell.

She took to Facebook after the incident.

Straubing – A Kaufland branch is probably not one of those places where you expect to meet an angel.

But a customer reports on Facebook about just such a meeting – at least in a figurative sense.

Because the “angel” is a helpful supermarket employee.

Only a few weeks ago, Kaufland had made a name for itself – a sausage price tag had caused confusion.

Engel in the Kaufland branch: the customer reports a fainting spell

In a Facebook post in the group "You are a real Straubinger if ....." a woman from Straubing reports how she "suffered from a dizzy spell while shopping".

Then she met an angel.

The helpful employee of the Kaufland branch has therefore tried to take care of them.

"Not only was I allowed to sit on the boxes of goods and was able to hold myself, but I was also given a paid (!) bottle of water and four sweets with a friendly, worried smile," the Facebook post says.

The woman added a photo to prove it.

On it you can see: the paid receipt for the water and small sweets.

When you say thank you, there is a “It’s okay” – the user is enthusiastic

According to the customer, the helpful "angel" responded to her thanks with "It's okay".

She wanted to share the story with the other users in the Straubing Facebook group.

And they are happy, especially praising the friendly Kaufland employees.

The post garnered almost 500 likes.

One user wrote: "It's nice to get such nice help.

That's really commendable."

Numerous other comments read very similarly.
