She was just as popular with her neighbors as with the "Hartz und cordial" viewers: Dagmar, the veteran of the RTLZWEI social documentary from Mannheim.

On November 8, 2021, the 67-year-old died of a stroke.

Until her death, the pensioner lived in a small house next to the well-known blocks, as reported by MANNHEIM24.

64 square meters of living space and a garden of almost 900 square meters, which she planted with a lot of love.

There is no longer any trace of that today, as shown by a video published by the "Hartz und cordial" favorite Elvis on his social media pages.

None other than the Benz barracks caretaker Michael is now providing "information about the house".

Together with buddy Lothar, the "Hartz und cordial" actor shows himself sitting in front of Dagmar's front door.

"I've been written to a lot about what's going on with the house - I want to make a statement today so you know what's going on," Michael greets his followers on Instagram and TikTok.

For barrack caretaker Michael, Dagmar was something very special.

In order to remember the cheerful pensioner forever, he recently chose a souvenir at Dagmar's daughters' flea market.

Nevertheless, the Mannheim resident is always drawn to the white mini house.

Now he gives the reason for this: “I will live in there and also manage the house and also clean the property”.

A few days ago, the anniversary of the death of the "Hartz and warm" icon was celebrated for the first time.

Clearing out the mini house made him sad - with every part that left the house, a part of Dagmar also disappeared.

Now the "Hartz und cordial" caretaker Michael explains how Dagmar's house should continue: "The house has been sold and will also be plucked at some point," he explains in the short Instagram clip.

What will happen to the property afterwards is still unclear at this time.
