Bayrischzell – On Thursday there was an accident on the B 307 federal road. A 32-year-old overturned his car.

He had over 2 per thousand.

On Thursday (November 24) at around 1.30 p.m. there was a momentous accident on the B 307 federal road in Bayrischzell.

A 32-year-old drove along it in the direction of Schliersee and, according to the Miesbach police inspection, left the road to the right in front of a bridge.

The car overturned and remained on the roof in the Leitzach.

The driver got out of his vehicle with minor injuries.

"In addition to damage to the crash barrier, operating materials escaped and flowed into the water," explains the police.

The Bayrischzell volunteer fire brigade therefore set up an oil barrier to prevent it from spreading.

A breath alcohol test on the driver showed a value of over 2 per thousand.

"The driver's license was secured and criminal proceedings were initiated against the 32-year-old man," the police said.
