German economy grew by 0.4 percent in the summer

Despite headwinds, the German economy grew more strongly than initially assumed in the summer.
Wiesbaden - The gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 0.4 percent in the third quarter compared to the previous quarter, as announced by the Federal Statistical Office.
In a first estimate, the Wiesbaden authority assumed growth in economic output of 0.3 percent.
