She said that she had not contacted the Liaison Office of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, but only represented the Kowloon Federation of Associations, hoping to become a bridge to convey national policies to Hong Kong.
The 68-year-old chairman of the Securities Regulatory Commission, Lui Tianliang, was present to collect the form, preparing to fight for re-election, but he said that he was busy with work and had no intention of becoming a member of the Standing Committee.
He believes that this is a critical moment, and the future development of the SAR and the country deserves attention. He comes from the financial industry and hopes to play a bridge role.

The two have known Xu Li for more than ten years, and both believe that if Xu Li is successfully elected, she will be able to play a good role as a bridge connecting the central government and Hong Kong.
Lei Tianliang is 68 years old. According to the regulations of "up and down" in mainland official circles, he should step down from the front line of fire. However, he said that as far as he knows, there is no rigid rule of "up and down" for deputies to the National People's Congress. He hopes to continue to run this year.
