Aschheim
– The municipality of Aschheim would like to ignite the next stage in the implementation and also generate wind energy.
However, the discussion in the environmental committee showed that we are still at the beginning of the road.
In the past there have always been discussions about a location between Aschheim and Dornach, which is close to the drive-in cinema.
The investigation showed that a system is fundamentally conceivable and feasible.
A shading of populated areas in the municipality of Feldkirchen is conceivable, but rather theoretical.
One location is close to the municipal boundary of Feldkirchen and one is next to the area of the state capital of Munich.
Wind power in Aschheim: Examination by the energy agency
During the test, the Ebersberg-Munich energy agency came to the conclusion that a system with two wind turbines is possible.
However, it would take longer to refinance the investment through the electricity produced than in a park with more systems.
This is where the potential area north of the A 99 autobahn comes into play.
This is not far from the large junction around the Aschheim/Ismaning junction.
In this area, which consists of agricultural land, the energy agency sees the possibility of three wind turbines.

Wind power: shading at sunrise
The first investigation showed that there would be a shading situation for the residents of the outdoor area of the former mills for about ten minutes around June 21 at sunrise (6.42 a.m.).
In the committee, the representatives of the CSU, Free Voters and Greens agreed that generating electricity with wind turbines is a sensible idea and should be pursued further.
The Energy Agency is given more homework for both areas and is now examining detailed questions such as feeding electricity into the grid and the necessary expansion of the line infrastructure.
In addition, it will be checked which areas the municipality needs and whether they can also buy them.
Aschheim and Dornach: First starting signal
At the request of the committee, the information about the two locations should be presented to the citizens.
You want to hear the opinions from Aschheim and Dornach at an early stage before concrete implementation steps are planned.
