Between living and working: The Hotel Revo Munich in the south-east of the city offers free apartments.

What condition is attached to it.

Munich - "Revo Munich" sees itself as a trendsetter, more than just a "standard hotel", as those responsible write on their website.

On the outskirts of Munich there is a huge building complex - something between a hotel, an apartment building and a meeting place for "like-minded people".

The Revo Munich is geared entirely to the needs of the guests.

More than just living - but for influencers and content creators, the hotel does exactly that free of charge.

What is behind the business model?

Free for influencers: what the Revo Munich demands for it

According to hotel information, there are 607 rooms that are currently available.

Who could feel addressed by the offers, at least in the first instance: influencers and content creators.

Rooms that meet the latest digital requirements and are bursting with comfort and modern equipment.

The fact that the influencer scene in particular could feel at home here is due to one factor in particular - they can make guest appearances here for free.

Creativity can't be forced - if you have to, you can settle down in the Revo Munich for several months at a time.

The hotel in Munich-Neuperlach Süd wants to dissolve the separation between home and work.

The company refers to them as “residential influencers” and promises them the right to live in one of their apartments for up to six months.

A deal with only one condition.

According to the Revo Munich website, the hotel offers are primarily aimed at people who want to put an end to their search for a new apartment, at least temporarily – an understandable longing, especially in Munich, a city where rents are becoming increasingly expensive.

Fully equipped apartments should provide everything that is needed for modern life.

From a co-working space to a fitness studio and a bicycle repair shop: The Revo Munich has offers for a monthly rent from 1,500 euros, thanks to which you no longer have to leave the building anyway.

Everything under one roof - and influencers can all use the offers free of charge.

For up to six months, provided they take photos, films and stories about their personal living experience.

The company's specific requirement: "Show us your life at Revo Munich and create at least 1 story with 3 sequences per week as well as 10 pictures and 3 videos per month" - the daily work of content creators.

But time is running.

You can only apply for a free apartment until today, Friday, November 25, 2022.
