Russia changes tactics and seeks to use the cold as a weapon in Urania, denounced before the UN

About 50% of Ukraine's electricity supply had been restored by Thursday night, following Russian airstrikes on critical infrastructure on Wednesday.

According to several ambassadors before the Security Council of the United Nations, Russia has changed its strategy and no longer tries to win on the battlefield but now attacks the homes of the population, leaving them without energy and at the mercy of the cold.
