Starnberg - Every Sunday in Advent, the Starnberg City Library unveils a window picture depicting winter and Christmas motifs.
The paintings that adorn the windows on the ground floor are clearly visible from the main street.
They can be viewed in the coming weeks until February 8th.
Children from day-care centers design Christmas motifs
The Advent windows were made by groups from the Starnberg day-care centers.
The children used construction paper and transparent paper as handicraft materials.
As thanks, the hard-working hobbyists are rewarded with books of the winter Kamishibai story "Little Santa Claus".
