During the day, power companies plan to connect electricity for all consumers on an alternating
basis," he promised, as temperatures neared zero degrees Celsius with rain.
Electricity partially restored
The chairman of the board of directors of the national electricity operator, Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytsky, for his part estimated that the Ukrainian energy system had now "
passed the most difficult stage
" after the attack.
