About thirty agents, whose usual role consists above all in studying requests for exceptional stays, worked all week on processing files that were piling up and for which it was nevertheless a question of renewing a permit for people well integrated in France and for which no difficulty stood in the way.

While about thirty agents managed these simple files, seventy of their colleagues continued to study all the other files.
