Today, 223 mentors and teachers in Homs took the written exam for the competition for the selection of educational mentors and specialists in charge of their work, which was set up by the Directorate of Education at the Secondary School of Martyr Abdel Hamid Al-Zahrawi.
The Director of Education, Walid Merhi, told SANA reporter that the automated written exam set by the Ministry of Education is a model that gives real indications of the abilities and skills of specialized educational mentors who are able to lead the guidance process.
Marei explained that educational work requires a specialized mentor who possesses life skills, knowledge skills, and the ability to take initiatives, deal with developed curricula that rely on modern educational methods, and focus on using higher mental skills, in order to reach distinguished qualitative directive work that contributes to improving the quality of education and its inputs and outputs. .
