On Thursday, around fifty Ile-de-France scooter and bicycle users were summoned to Créteil after being arrested following a traffic violation: burnt red light, wearing headphones or headphones, mobile phone while driving… Either they were fined of a fine, or they would undertake to attend a prevention and awareness-raising workshop dedicated to these so-called soft but terribly vulnerable modes of travel.
