An Israeli injured in a double bomb attack on Wednesday November 23 in Jerusalem died on Saturday November 26, bringing the toll of these attacks to two dead, announced a hospital source.
The double attack has not been claimed, but the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas, in power in Gaza, hailed it as "
the price of the crimes and aggressions
" of Israel "
against our people
".
Israeli Tadesa Teshuma, seriously injured, succumbed on Saturday, said the Shaare Zedek hospital in Jerusalem where he had been transferred.
The double attack at bus stops had already claimed the life of a 15-year-old Israeli-Canadian teenager, Aryeh Schupak, killed in the first explosion as he waited for the bus to go to his Talmudic school.
Thirteen people were injured.
A remotely activated bomb
A security source told AFP that the bombs had been activated remotely.
On Saturday, Israeli security forces briefly blocked a main road in Jerusalem due to the discovery of a suspicious package not far from the site of the attacks.
A false alarm, police later said.

The double attack was perpetrated against the backdrop of an upsurge in violence linked to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and negotiations over the formation of a government led by ex-Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who could be the most right-wing of the history of Israel.
The eastern sector of Jerusalem has been occupied by Israel since 1967, as has the Palestinian territory of the West Bank.
The Gaza Strip, a Palestinian enclave, has been under Israeli blockade for more than 15 years.
In the wake of deadly anti-Israeli attacks in March and April led by Palestinians, the Israeli army carried out more than 2,000 raids in the West Bank, particularly in the areas of Jenin and Nablus.
These Israeli raids, and the clashes that are sometimes associated with them, have killed more than 125 Palestinians, the heaviest toll in seven years according to the UN.
