Who hit?

A judge tried to clarify that.

But there was a confusion of statements on the matter.

Geretsried/Wolfratshausen – The public prosecutor shakes his head, frowns and sighs: “Everyone says something different here.” He listened to five young people and was given five different versions.

A young Geretsrieder (19) is said to have spat in his former girlfriend's face and slapped her.

Now he had to answer to the juvenile court at the Wolfratshausen district court for intentional bodily harm and insult.

On April 29 last year, the former couple met on the street.

He was in the car with friends, she was walking by with friends.

She showed him the middle finger, so he got out and asked what that was about, the accused explained in court.

"She spat at me first, so I spat back.

I didn't hit her," he said.

A 17-year-old who was in the car claims to have seen: "She attacked him." Her friend goaded her and shouted: "Spit him!"

This friend (17) vividly told the court how her friend was shocked that the defendant tried to bring her down and hit her in the face several times.

"With my fist, I think." A year and a half ago, the 17-year-old had given the police different information.

"Let's leave what else happened in the room."

The victim (18), who accused her ex of having started spitting, also told the court about a punch, bruises and an injury to the lip.

At that time, when she filed a complaint, there was only talk of a slap.

Such contradictions had already strained the judge's nerves during the trial against the young woman.

The 18-year-old recently had to answer for the outstretched middle finger and other insults.

The procedure had been discontinued against payment of 100 euros.

The case against the young man ended in the same way.

"There was an argument and they spat, possibly insulted - you pay 100 euros for that," said judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund, who capitulated in the face of the confusion of statements: "Let's leave what else happened in the room." .”
