Dozens of bags containing drugs washed up (this morning) on the shores of Israel.
The bags were found in front of the beaches of Geash, Nahariya, Haifa, Tirat Carmel Zichron Ya'akov and Hadera.
Furthermore, off the coast of Tel Aviv, the bags were found inside a tube, after a report of a suspicious object in the sea.
Police forces that arrived at the scene discovered 40 packaged packages of hashish inside the tube.
The coast guards transferred all the findings for further examination and extraction of evidence in the forensic laboratories, and continue to scan the coastline to find additional packages.

Last month, dozens of kilograms of hashish were found in the warehouse of the home of Alice Dayan, a 77-year-old grandmother to her grandchildren, a resident of Haifa. Shimon Moshe Ben Simhon, a 49-year-old resident of the city who lives in a nearby neighborhood a few hundred meters from Dayan's house, was also arrested with her on similar suspicion
. of the 77-year-old, a widow of the IDF and a veteran citizen of the city - a gun was also seized among the many kilograms of drugs. In view of all the findings, she was arrested, among other things, on suspicion of the offenses of possession of drugs and weapons, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Ben Simhon was also arrested, on suspicion of involvement in a criminal connection and drug trafficking. This morning, at the Haifa Magistrate's Court, the police requested the extension of their detention by 7 days while announcing that this case has additional accomplices and that additional arrests are expected. The two detainees are suspected to have been operated by criminals and they have not yet been arrested.
