This Thursday, November 24, the bill of the deputies (resulting from a compromise between the Insoumis and the majority) to constitutionalize abortion was adopted by an overwhelming majority in the National Assembly.
While no one opposes access to abortion in the French political class, is it really necessary to integrate abortion into the Constitution?

would supersede the Veil law of 1975 and render it devoid of purpose.
It is the whole of the legislative edifice relating to abortion that should be modified.
