7 defendants: Ma Xiaowen (25 years old), Wu Baixi (22 years old), Tan Weicheng (23 years old), Yang Zixin (22 years old), Chen Zhenhua (29 years old), Chen Jia (32 years old) and Lin Zutong (21 years old), were charged with One charge of rioting, alleging that they participated in riots with others on Nathan Road between Austin Road and Humphreys Road in Tsim Sha Tsui on August 11, 2019.
