At least seven people were killed in two separate terrorist attacks launched by armed men in the north and northeast of Burkina Faso.
The news agency AFP quoted a security source as saying today: Four soldiers were killed by an explosive device in northern Burkina Faso, while three civilians were killed in another attack in the northeast of the country.
Since 2015, Burkina Faso has witnessed repeated terrorist attacks, which have resulted in thousands of deaths and injuries, and the displacement of about two million people from their homes.
