Today (26th) at 11:37 am, the police received a report from the security guard of Choi Lok House, Choi Fook Estate, Ngau Tau Kok, alleging that a man was dangerously sitting by the window of the unit.
However, when the police arrived at the scene, the man had fallen from a height and was unconscious on the ground. After being examined by the ambulancemen, it was confirmed that the victim died at the scene.
The police officers did not seize the suicide note at the scene. The 72-year-old deceased, surnamed Chen, is currently investigating the reason why he fell from the building.
It is reported that the deceased had medical records and the cause of death is yet to be determined after an autopsy.
