The GS, the party of liberal Prime Minister Robert Golob, won parliamentary elections in April with a platform that promised to restore decency in politics and strengthen the rule of law undermined by former Conservative Prime Minister Janez Jansa.
Jansa, an avid Twitter user with more than 100,000 followers in a country of two million people, used the platform to confront critics and media, while Golob argued that he would not use the platform.
