Jean-Pierre Foucault began his career in 1966, on the radio.

Ten years later, he hosts his first shows.

For fifty years, he then became a familiar face for millions of French thanks to "Sacred evening", "Intervilles" or "Who wants to earn millions?".

For some time, he has been more discreet:

“I keep Miss France and then a few Loto and Euromillions draws on TF1.

Point.

It seems reasonable”

.

At 75, he says he

"stopped without too much difficulty"

because the desire to do TV left him.

“I watch TV, hosting entertainment abounds.

I don't mope at home!”

continues Jean-Pierre Foucault.

"A small clash mounted as a hairpin"

As far as Miss France is concerned, there is no announced retirement, even if he jokes about her age:

"I'm not going to present Miss France on a walker"

.

He claims not to have

"addressed this subject with TF1 and Alexia Laroche-Joubert"

.

Always in irony, he appeals:

“Those who want me to leave just have to elect Miss Provence!

The day she will be elected Miss France, I promise, I'll stop!

For now, the Misses have begun their journey of preparation.

Catwalk lessons, general knowledge test, photo shoot... The schedule is busy.

If the candidates are already showing their best smiles, internal tensions within the Miss France committee appeared during the press conference.

For Jean-Pierre Foucault, it is only a

“little mounted incident”

.

He assures that the departure of Sylvie Tellier was done

“in good intelligence”

.

The latter will co-present this election with him before handing over to Cindy Fabre.
