A white t-shirt with a simple message, in red and black: “Justice for Kenza”.
This Saturday afternoon, in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis), a rally was organized in the Courtillières district, along the avenue de la Division-Leclerc.
At the very place where, on July 13 around 10:30 p.m., a 4-year-old girl was fatally mowed down by the driver of an Audi A3, launched at full speed on this avenue.
The child was crossing the road, with his father and sister, on a protected passage.
Kenza, 4, was killed by a driver as she crossed with her dad and sister on a crosswalk.

After the accident, the driver fled.
He has not been identified since.
Mazra, a resident of the Quatre-Chemins district, wonders: “What does this man think about when he is missing, when he is sleeping?
If he is married and has children, how does he live with that?
“I appeal to him, to this scoundrel, she continues.
May he have the courage to speak up, may he assume what he has done, so that Kenza's parents may be at peace.

“Whoever did this surrender”
Simple inhabitants, neighbours, relatives, elected officials or staff of the Jacqueline-Quatremaire kindergarten, where Kenza was registered, were present for this tribute.
The family of the young victim thanked them soberly, before flowers were laid at the scene of the accident.
In the rally, the former host of Kenza, at the leisure center, also wanted to be there: “When this happened, everyone was in shock, and we still think about it.
At the start of the school year in September, we came back and there was his photo on the coat rack, his drawings… We want whoever did this to surrender, so that the parents can mourn.

The family's lawyer, Me Michel Benezra, recently relaunched a call for witnesses on social networks to try to identify the author of the accident.
“That he cannot be found is the worst thing: we need more cameras on the avenue, also demands Aziz, 69, a retiree living in the neighborhood.
This little girl, she had her whole life ahead of her.
It saddens me…”
The mayor of Pantin Bertrand Kern (PS) recalled the many redevelopments that have been carried out in recent years on this departmental voice, with the installation of lights, chicanes, speed bumps...
“Despite this, faced with an irresponsible individual, a speeding driver traveling at 100 or 120 km/h while there are men, women or children who can cross, we can put on all possible security systems but we will remain destitute, underlined the elected official during his speech.
I hope that the author of this crime will be found and that he will be judged by the courts of our country and the French Republic.
