The Central District Attorney's Office (Criminal) today (Sunday) submitted to the Central District Court an indictment against Itamar Bohbot, 19 years old, after he stabbed an 18-year-old youth during a confrontation outside the party and cut him in such a way that his intestines came out of his body.
The young man is charged with the offenses of grievous bodily harm under aggravated circumstances, obstruction of justice and possession of a knife.
In addition, a request was submitted to arrest Bohbot until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
The indictment filed by the lawyer Daniel Aiken indicates that Bohbot arrived with two friends at the party in the Kfar Yabetz neighborhood of Shasharon, with a knife in his jacket pocket.
During the party, Bohbot showed one of his friends the knife while saying: "In case someone makes a mistake, everything is fine, I'm here."
The 18-year-old who was stabbed was also present at the party, and at some point in the evening, a verbal confrontation began between him and Bohbot, which led to a physical confrontation.
Following the confrontation, the two left the party towards the exit.
According to the indictment, the complainant reached the exit path from the party, noticed Bohbut approaching his direction with an object in his hand, with his friends by his side.
The charge states that the young man took a stick that was in the area and the two continued to approach each other until Bohbut pressed his head against the young man's head.
According to the indictment, the young man hit Bohbot in response with the stick on his head.
So, in the indictment it is described that Bohbot stabbed the complainant with the knife in his stomach, causing a deep transverse cut as a result of which the intestines came out of his body.
Immediately after that, Bohbot fled the scene, went to sleep with one of his friends, and there he washed the knife that was used for the stabbing.
