The Masana Medical Center, located within the Russian Church of St. Eugnatius of Antioch in Damascus, is concerned with the rehabilitation of Syrian children injured by mine and bomb explosions during the terrorist war on Syria, according to a statement by Dr. They need to be rehabilitated to use the artificial limb, and trained to start their lives again.

A number of the honored children expressed their insistence on responding to physiotherapy for their prosthetic limbs. The ninth-grade student, Woroud Ajeeneh, told a SANA reporter: She was injured in February 2013 in her left hand, and she had previously installed a prosthetic limb several times, but she could not cope with it until she got it. I got a limb at Masana Center, and started using it, and underwent psychological and motor support courses to accept the idea of ​​a limb.

Maram Al-Shayeb, a five-year-old girl, lost the palm of her left hand by a shell. She said that today, after receiving treatment at the center and having a prosthetic limb installed, she returned to her school. Today, she is in the fifth grade at the Saqba Modernized School for Girls, noting that after two months of treatment, she was able to use her hand. naturally.
