Bad Tölz: Beaten and kicked person lying on the ground

There were three physical altercations in Bad Tölz on Saturday.

There were several violent clashes on Saturday in Bad Tölz.
Several of the perpetrators are already known to the police.
Bad Tölz
– The Tölz police reported three cases of physical harm on Saturday.
First, shortly before midnight, a patrol on Königsdorfer Straße became aware of how a 28-year-old Tölzer hit a man lying on the ground.
The officers intervened and prevented the perpetrator from further beatings.
The 23-year-old suffered a bump and swelling.
The attacker faces charges of assault.
On Sunday around 5.25 a.m. a Tölzer (29) attacked his friend (44) from Lenggries on Dietramszeller Straße.
The latter defended himself with punches.
A companion (23) of the duo called the police.
The Tölzer had well over two per thousand, the Lenggrieser well over one per thousand alcohol in the blood.
Paramedics treated the two slightly injured people at the scene.
Shortly after the incident, at 5:30 a.m., the police were called to Amortplatz.
According to previous investigations, a 24-year-old from Waakirchen received a good beating from three Tölzers.
According to testimonies, the victim was attacked by the attackers known to the authorities and continued to be beaten and kicked when he was already on the ground.
The Waakirchner was taken to the Tölz hospital for treatment.
The suspects between 21 and 25 all had alcohol in their blood, the values were between one and two per thousand.
The police officers also found that the attackers all violated the requirements of the district court.
The young men will also have to answer for this.
