Croatia celebrates as they come from behind Canada 4-1 and hook Morocco at the head of group F. The Canadians immediately score after just a minute and a half with Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies, of Liberian origin, signing Canada's first goal in the history of the World Cup, frightening Modric and his teammates who have to wait for half an hour to even the score with Kramaric and take the lead at half-time with Livaja.

In the second half, again Kramaric and then Majer definitively close the accounts and effectively eliminate Canada, which was looking for its first victory in a World Cup.

Compared to the 0-0 with Morocco in their debut, the Croats change only in the trident: the novelty is Livaja, lined up together with Kramaric and Perisic.

Only an 'Italian' from the start, Inter Brozovic: bench for Vlasic but also for Pasalic and Erlic.

No further changes from midfield to defense.

Beaten 1-0 in their debut by Belgium (missing a penalty to make it 0-0), the Canadians switch to a 4-4-2 where the attacking duo sees David together with Larin.

Bands entrusted to Buchanan and Davies, muscles in the middle with Eustaquio and the very expert Hutchinson.

Between the posts Borjan, goalkeeper of the Red Star of Belgrade Alphonso Davies is Canada's main resource and you can tell it right away, when after just two minutes of play he punches the Croatian defense and scores Canada's first historic goal with a header a World Cup.

The almost cold goal takes Modric and his teammates by surprise, overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of the Canadians who fly on the flanks.

In the 26th minute Croatia equalized through Kramaric, but the goal was disallowed due to an offside position by Livaja.

Croatia tries to equalize which arrives in the 36th minute thanks to Kramaric's goal.

In the 44th minute Croatia's turnaround arrives: Livaja scores the 2-1 goal which is worth overtaking the willing Canada.

The 1-2 suffered by Croatia in the final eight minutes of the first half prompted Herdman to change formation, switching to a 3-5-2 and making two substitutions: Osorio and Koné on for Larin and Eustáquio.

It was Osorio himself in the 4th minute who had an opportunity but his shot grazed the post.

Croatia went very close to making it 3-1 in the 9th minute: Kovacic's shot was deflected for a corner by Borjan.

Canada tries to equalize and David comes very close forcing Livakovic to deflect for a corner.

Croatia's control of the match with Canada seems to fade away with each passing minute.

in the 25th minute Kramaric's goal arrives (the second for him) which closes the accounts definitively, then in full stoppage time, in the 49th minute Majer's fourth goal also arrives which freezes Canada's verve in the final minutes.
