In its indictment signed on November 23, the national anti-terrorist prosecutor's office requested the referral to the criminal court of seven people in their thirties (six men and one woman) for criminal association with terrorist criminals.
On December 8, 2020, investigators from the General Directorate of Homeland Security arrested nine people in the South West, in the Paris suburbs and in Brittany.
Seven of them, aged 30 to 36, were indicted.
All are now under judicial control.
The last suspect was released on an electronic bracelet in April 2022 on medical grounds after a hunger strike.
Justice considers him as the leader of a group accused of preparing an unfinished terrorist project.
