The weather in Bavaria adapts to the season.
Appropriately for the beginning of winter, it is getting colder in Freistaat - even well below zero degrees.

Meteorologist Dominik Jung now gives an initial forecast for the coming weeks.

Jung begins his prediction with the words “that will be exciting.”

Because it says that the trend is towards freezing temperatures in Germany and Bavaria.
By the 3rd of Advent, the daily values should be between zero and minus ten degrees.
At night it can even go down to minus 15 degrees.
Jung's conclusion: "With the current energy prices, nobody really needs night frosts below minus 10 to minus 15 degrees." But he also gives the all-clear at the same time.
"However, these are all just trends at the moment."
According to NOAA, December 9th could be really cold in Bavaria.

On the NOAA forecast map, however, you can clearly see that an "eastern situation" will come to Bavaria.
Jung adds the December 9 card as an example.
Here you can see values in Bavaria between minus four and minus seven degrees.
So you should get your thick winter jacket out of the basement or attic at the beginning of winter.
Anyone who would like to have snow-covered landscapes in addition to the freezing cold will have to be disappointed by the meteorologist.
In many places it would just be a “dry cold,” he writes.

Weather in Bavaria: Rain is decreasing, but it is getting colder
The trend for the coming days is also pointing downwards.
