The head of the International Affairs Committee in the Russian State Duma, Leonid Slutsky, confirmed that the decision of the Kyiv authorities to boycott the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe is another evidence confirming their unwillingness to dialogue.
Sputnik quoted Slutsky as saying today on the Telegram website: “Talking about negotiations with Ukraine is nothing more than an illusion,” noting that Poland’s prevention of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s participation in a meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers proves that Kyiv has received the baton. from the Poles.
Slutsky noted that Kyiv, which Washington actively supports, is trying to talk to everyone, including the so-called European allies.
The delegation of Ukraine announced its intention to boycott the work of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe as long as Russia remains represented in it, and Kyiv confirmed that it is ready to back down from this decision only if Russia is excluded.
