New elections at the Herrsching community.
The group is proud of its ambitious "crew" in the municipal council.

– The most recent meetings would all have taken place under “free radio conditions”.
Günter Agel, Chairman of the Herrsching Citizens' Community (BGH), was therefore very pleased on Thursday evening to be able to personally welcome all members again.
"But next time we'll take the knight's hall, not the knight's room," he said, laughing, because the small vaulted room in the post office quickly became cramped when about 20 people squeezed around the long table.
Of these, 14 were members, a good half of the current number of members.
Agel proudly referred to the four-man “crew” on the municipal council, who have been representing the community for almost three years – more than ever before.
Nevertheless, it is a small group, said municipal councilor Dr.
Rainer Guggenberger.
"But we're trying to get something moving." Leo Gruber, for example, had submitted a motion for a green space, of which the municipal council approved four of the twelve demands.
Most recently, the community of citizens had also campaigned for the Round Table on Housing and, as one of three parliamentary groups, submitted the application to extend the refugee accommodation on Goethestrasse by at least one year - until the end of 2024.
The issue will be on the agenda for next Monday's City Council meeting.
"The district can only be happy," said Christine Hollacher.
The residential containers are finally financed for ten years.
The longer the government pays rent, the better.
And a hospital building is not to be expected in 2024.
"The pre-Christmas period is a good idea to show how Christian you are," said Christiane Gruber.
Because it is unclear what to do with the refugees currently living on Goethestrasse once the containers are gone.
It's about "14 families, some of whom have been living and integrated here for six years," says Christine Hollacher.
BGH boss Agel also praised the local walk with community archivist Dr.
Friedrike Hellerer, to which, however, the SPD local association had invited.
Many were previously unaware that Herrsching was an old “Nazi stronghold”.
The discussion about changing some street names is therefore eagerly awaited, which, according to parliamentary group spokeswoman Christiane Gruber, will probably only be held publicly in the spring.
Train station buildings and land use planning were other topics that the community of citizens was recently concerned about.
According to Christiane Gruber, one topic, the train station, will occupy the council in January, even if the senior citizens' advisory board has already submitted an application for Monday.
In connection with the land use plan, Gruber found conciliatory words after the closed meeting of the municipal council a week ago.
In any case, her colleague Guggenberger learned so much after three years of work on the council: "You have to have staying power and keep at it."
The board, which was newly elected, also wants to stay tuned.
Günter Agel remains chairman, Ilka Weckelmann his deputy and Christiane Gruber secretary.
Larissa Lins is new to the team as treasurer.
