The Federation of Empty Spain held its founding congress in Teruel this Sunday with the aim of becoming an organization with political representation throughout the national territory.
It has been formed as a federation of six parties (Teruel Exists, España Vaciada, Aragón Exists, Soria Now, Cuenca Now and Jaén Deserves More) in which, at the moment, 14 provinces are represented.
Teruel Existe deputy in Congress, Tomás Guitarte, has been elected federal coordinator and national spokesperson.
With this union, they intend to form their own group in Parliament that arises from the next general elections.
"It is an action aimed at the whole of Spanish society, not only at the affected territories," Guitarte said at the subsequent press conference.
The platform aspires to run in all elections,
In this meeting, an Executive was formed, made up of a representative from each of the provinces that participated in the congress.
However, Guitarte affirmed, this is not a closed number and is open so that more may be incorporated from here to the appointment of the municipal and regional elections in May of next year.

At the meeting, held at the Teruel Chamber of Commerce and attended by some 30 people, the España Vaciada federation was defined as a "transversal ideological formation, with a majority and decisive vocation to form a government."
In its ideology, its main objective continues to be sustainable development accompanied by territorial balance.
“We don't want to continue being sacrifice territories,” Guitarte said.
Lists in Madrid
The strategy that has been decided in the conclave involves presenting lists in the big cities to attract the vote of all those who have emigrated.
Like, for example, Madrid, where a movement of Empty Spain has already been established.
However, in the organization they admit that it is still too early to talk about lists.
The already constituted parties will not change their acronyms and will present themselves with them to all the elections.
In addition, España Vaciada, which already registered as a party in September of last year, renewed its organic charges.
The mayoress of Nieva de Cameros (La Rioja), Inma Saénz, has been chosen as general coordinator of the party, and Sergio Díez, from León, as organization secretary.
