The activities of the 26th National Conference on Quality, held by the Syrian Scientific Society for Quality in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, will start tomorrow under the title (The Role of Quality in Supporting the National Economy), at the Sheraton Hotel in Damascus.

A number of experts and consultants in the field of quality will participate in the conference, which is organized by Tala Company for Exhibitions and Conferences, with the support of a number of companies and public and private institutions.

In a statement to SANA correspondent, the general manager of the organizing company, Firas Baroud, stated that the conference axes centered around issues related to quality management in the industrial sector, quality assurance of products, quality management in educational institutions and the needs of the labor market, and in the banking industry sector and mechanisms to support craft industries by supporting competencies and building capacities. Human and quality management for banking excellence.

For his part, Executive Director of Ebdaa Bank for Microfinance, Adeeb Sharaf, explained that the bank's contribution to supporting this event embodies social and national responsibility to support and develop quality infrastructure in Syria to raise the reliability of products and services provided by national companies and institutions, and upgrade them to increase their competitiveness locally and in foreign markets.
