Empty water bottles, cans, cigarette ends, tires, plastic bags thrown out the window by motorists or construction waste left by unscrupulous contractors: for years, waste has been flourishing along the highways and national roads of the Ile-de-France region.
As one of the busiest routes on the network managed by the Île-de-France Roads Department (Dirif), the A86 is no exception to the rule over its entire route, including its section located in Hauts-de-Seine.
