After six decades of violence and armed conflict in Colombia, last Monday, November 21, negotiations began between the Government and the National Liberation Army, better known as ELN, the last guerrilla in Latin America.
The negotiating table is facing long weeks of talks with the challenge of not breaking up the country, as happened with the FARC agreement.
