47 active firefighters, 24 missions and 24 exercises in the past year: That is the record of the Heilbrunn fire brigade.

In addition, the youth fire brigades were merged and the entry age lowered.

Bad Heilbrunn – .

At the meeting, the new elections of the commanders and the board of directors as well as a change in the statutes were on the agenda.

The outgoing commander Dominik Haustein praised his very well trained team, but sees the problem that they are not active enough.

The deployment situation last year was calmer than in previous years.

The fire brigade was mostly called to provide technical assistance and to deal with serious traffic accidents.

24 exercises have been organized since March.

Some members also completed a course and 16 achieved the achievement badge.

Entry age lowered

The outgoing secretary Anna Schröfl reported on the trip to Passau, Floriani in Oberbuchen and the wine festival.

Youth director Robert Kramann announced that the entry age had been lowered from 14 to 12.

Furthermore, the youth fire brigades from Bad Heilbrunn, Mürnsee and Oberbuchen were brought together to hold joint exercises.

This means that the exercises have also doubled.

There is an exercise every two weeks.

On average, 20 young people take part in the community exercises.

Board of Directors now has more rights

The outgoing treasurer Dominik Neubert reported that the household was “much better prepared than in the previous year”.

The new amendments to the articles of incorporation were then presented.

Reasons for this are, for example, the community youth fire brigade and the age reduction.

In addition, the board of directors was redefined.

She now has more rights, but has to give account to the members without being asked.

The new statutes were approved unanimously.

The first chairman Josef Lorenz thanked the old board of directors.

He did not stand for re-election.

"The last six years have been an honor for me," said Lorenz.

Mayor Thomas Gründl was also at the meeting.

He thanked all the volunteers for their hard work.

He knows the challenges they face.

Then he held the elections.

Matthias Bromberger was elected First Commander, his deputy is Andreas Heinritzi.

The new first chairman is former treasurer Dominik Neubert, while Stefan Specker remains deputy.

Christine Lettner is the new cashier, Marina Bromberger is the secretary.

The three team representatives are Kilian Rohrmoser, Christina Ronge and Christoph Goßlau.

Günther Hackel remains cash auditor and Christian Neubert replaces Julian Braun.

honors

Afterwards, the former board member Josef Lorenz was honored for 40 years of active fire service service.

There was also an award for cash auditor Julian Braun, who had been involved for 35 years.

In his welcoming speech, District Fire Councilor Erich Zengerle particularly emphasizes the youth work and the joint training.
