At the World Cup in Qatar, there have already been protest actions, such as the booing of the Iranian national team fans during the national anthem, but tonight (Monday) we also got the first break into the grass.

Around the 52nd minute of the match between Portugal and Uruguay, a fan burst onto the field carrying the pride flag, wearing a shirt with a Superman logo and the words "Save Ukraine", and on the back the words "Respect for Iranian women".

The security forces took control of the fan, when according to reports from journalists present at the stadium, some of the people sitting in the stands booed him on his way out.

The broadcast did not show the burglar, who ran and covered about half the field before he was caught, but for a brief moment the referee was seen picking up the pride flag that had fallen on the way from the floor.

As you know, FIFA did everything in its power to prevent acts of protest of one kind or another during the World Cup, when, among other things, the captains were forbidden to wear a ribbon with the colors of the pride flag on it.
