Topping-out ceremony: The expansion of the Königsdorf-based company Stöger Automation should be ready for occupancy at the end of 2023.

The Königsdorf company Stöger Automation celebrates the topping-out ceremony for the extension building.

The employees can move in at the end of 2023.

Königsdorf – Exactly eleven years after the topping-out ceremony for the existing building, Stöger Automation GmbH recently celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the extension in the commercial area together with the executing companies, neighbors and the entire workforce.

According to a press release from the Königsdorf-based company, the constant growth has meanwhile increased the number of employees to 123, "so that development, production and manufacturing now require more space".

There will now be "even more space for ideas in the field of automation technology" on an additional 3,500 square meters.

In the welcome speech, Lorenz Stöger, who initiated the new building when he was managing director and planned it together with the architects adamek + holzl, thanked all the trades involved and the neighbors.

The company founder also gave great praise to the first and second mayors of the municipality, Rainer Kopnicky and Sebastian Seidl, who were present, as well as to Andreas Ross, business developer of the district: The cooperation ran smoothly and the building permit was granted in record time.

"With the topping-out ceremony, we have reached another milestone and are one step closer to our goal of expanding our sustainable and modern technology location in a future-oriented environment," says Stöger, who founded the company in 1987.
