Ai Xu House, Oi Tung Estate, Shau Kei Wan, at 7:35 a.m. today (28th), passers-by found a man lying on the platform, suspected that he had fallen from a height, and called the police for help.
The victim, surnamed Yuan (70 years old), fell into a coma and was sent to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital for treatment. He was later confirmed dead.
After preliminary investigation, the police believe that the deceased fell into a unit at the above address, and no suicide note was seized at the scene.
It is reported that the deceased had medical records and the cause of death is yet to be determined after an autopsy.
