Teleworking has developed considerably since the health crisis.
According to the latest figures published by Dares, the statistical service of the Ministry of Labor, 4,070 company agreements were signed on this subject, compared to 309 in 2017. Many companies have reviewed their organization and now offer their employees to work part of the week at home.
For many of them, it is even a strong recruitment argument, because the candidates are particularly demanding.
When they offer it, they do not hesitate to specify it in their job offers.
