The Cuentistas de la FIL avenue has four
stands
that reflect the diversity of the publishing world in Latin America: the Fondo de Cultura Económica, the great public publishing house in Spanish;
Planeta and Penguin Random House, which share more than half of the business;
and Sexto Piso, an independent label that distributes to other independents.
Lately, these labels are the ones that are marking the conversation and winning prizes like the Nobel or the FIL.
