The ministry said in a statement today, reported by Sputnik: “The session of the bilateral advisory committee on the Russian-American START treaty, which was previously scheduled to be held in Cairo between the 29th of November and the 6th of next December, will not be held on the aforementioned dates, and the session will be postponed.” to a later date.”
